The SBS 234 is a manual machine with vibrator. You need power to run this machine. It will not work without electricity or a diesel motor. It is a full size machine at an affordable price. It can produce up to 4000 four inch blocks or 150 square meters of pavers per day.

The SHD102 is an efficient yet simple hydraulic block machine. It is manufactured with the small scale block maker in mind, and comes equipped with a powerful vibrator, resulting in quick cycles. This machine comes equipped with one standard mold. This machine can produce four 4" blocks per cycle, but because of its quickness it performs about 800 cycles per day or about 3,000 4" blocks per day.

The  SHD106  is an efficient yet simple hydraulic block machine. It is manufactured with the small scale block maker in mind, and comes equipped with a powerful vibrator, resulting in quick cycles. This machine comes equipped with one standard mold. This machine can produce six 4" blocks per cycle, but because of its quickness it performs about 800 cycles per day or about 4,800 - 4" blocks , 3200 6" blocks and 2400 - 8" blocks per 8 hour day.

AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING PLANT SMB0100+4BL

This is a pneumatic stationary machine that can produce about 6000 four inch blocks per 8 hours. It comes equipped with an automatic elevator for loading mix into hopper. Its requires a concrete mixer with a capacity of at least 400 liters to maintain a constant flow of blocks.

Production rate for this machine:

4 - 10x20x40cm or 4" blocks per/cycle, 6000 per day
3 - 15x20x40cm or 6" blocks per/cycle, 4500 per day
2 - 20x20x40cm or 8" blocks per/cycle, 3000 per day

SMB0100-4BL Production:

6 - 10 x 20 x 40mm (4") blocks per cycle or about 7,500/day
4 - 15 x 20 x 40mm (6") blocks per cycle or about 5,000/day
3 - 20 x 20 x 40mm (8") blocks per cycle or about 3,500/day

This machine is similar to the  SMB0100, but has a larger molding area 16" x 24". This high capacity model costs about 25% more than the basic model.


One of our featured hydraulic machines is the Innovative SHD1000 which has the same production as the SMB0100 but produces a stronger, more compact block and requires less cement to produce blocks of equal strength as the pneumatic or manual machines. This machine can also be fitted with an automatic elevator.

Another featured hydraulic machine is the SHD1000-4BL which has the same production as the SMB0100-4BL but produces a stronger, more compact block and requires less cement to produce blocks of equal strength as the pneumatic or manual machines. This machine can also be fitted with an automatic elevator.

Our largest featured hydraulic machine is the SHD700. This machine can be fully automated with both hydraulic and pneumatic operation. The hydraulic system drives the cylinders for the production of the blocks, while the pneumatics drives the vibration system. We find that electric vibrators cannot take the abuse of over 1000 cycles per day. This machine can also be fitted with an automatic elevator, pallet feeder/ejector and exit conveyor.
